During lockdown we offer our existing clientele the possibility to purchase a DIY color kit for home use (no bleach). Only order this kit if you already had contact with one of our colorists via info@isu-antwerp.com. Your color will be based upon the color chart in our salon.
How to use our kit:
Our color kits are easy to use. All you have to do is to add the colour combination in the cup and mix it well with your brush. Leave it in for about 45 minutes (you can set a timer). After the developing process rinse the color out and wash and apply conditioner as usual.
The kit includes:
- A disposable cup to mix the color
- A brush to apply the color
- Disposable gloves
- A disposable gown & towel to protect your clothes from stains
- Your personalized colour combination
- A manual
All prices are ex. works. Shipping costs depend on your country of delivery, the delivery cost will appear at check-out in the final step. Also, import duties and taxes will be charged in certain countries. Please contact your local customers office to ascertain applicable rates.
Once applicable order & payment has been received, we ensure to ship within 2 to 3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. After your order has handed out to the courier, you will receive a track & trace code via MyParcelBE to follow your order.

The items must be returned unopened and in the original package. You can exchange it or return it by taking the following steps:

Explain what you would like to do with the items that you have received and please also mention your order number. For returns, send back your order to us (on your expense), and we will send you the new item(s) back for free. Shipping address: ISU Antwerp - Kasteelpleinstraat 58, 2000 Antwerpen.
The original shipping costs are not included in case of refund of an order. The items must be returned unopened and in the original package. Items are returned at your own risk.
